Why?

I'm not saying I'm a veteran or anything, but I've been working in the restaurant industry for more than a couple of years and I recently noticed that at some point "The customer is always right," became "Come on in, we'll let you abuse the hell out of our employees and not do anything!" And I'm tired of it damnit! This website is all the things I wish I could say to jerk-off customers.
